KOPKE 2001 Harvest of appealing auburn color. Deep and exuberant dry fruit nose. Fine and elegant on the palate, it has an excellent structure and good greasiness. The tannins are firm but well integrated. Delicious and persistent finish.<\/p>\n
Slightly refreshed, it expresses all finesse and sophistication when combined with desserts based on caramel, dried fruits and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, creme brulee and medium intensity cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14\u00baC.<\/p>\n
